Muhammad Mustafa Mero (arabieraz: محمد مصطفى ميرو; Al Tall, 1941 – Damasko, 2020ko abenduaren 22a) Siriako lehen ministroa izan zen. Arabiar hizkuntza eta literaturan lizentziatu zen Moskuko Unibertsitatean. 1966tik Baath Alderdi Arabiar Sozialistako kide izan zen. Daraa eskualdeko gobernadorea izan zen 1980tik 1986ra, Al-Hasakahkoa 1986tik 1993ra eta Alepokoa 1993tik 2000ra. 2000ko martxoaren 7an lehen ministro izendatu zuten, Hafez al-Assad hil baino egun batzuk lehenago. 2003ko irailean dimititu zuen, erreforma ekonomikoaren prozesua geldituta zegoelako eta 2005ean politikatik erretiratu zen.
