Neferirkara II.a, Egiptoko VIII. dinastiako azken faraoia izan zen, K.a. 2160an, Egiptoko lehen tarteko aroan.
Ordena Zaharra hondoratu ondoren, Egiptoko VI. dinastiaren amaieran, Goi Egiptoko nomoetako gobernariek, euren lurraldeen gaineko nagusitasuna ezarri zuten.
Gobernari hau, zailtasun politiko edo ekonomikoko garai batean sortutako denbora baterako agintari kontseilu batetakoa izan liteke.
Bere izena, Abidoseko Errege Zerrendan eta Koptoseko dekretuan dago, eta Turineko Errege Kanonaren txataletan, urte eta erdiko erregealdia agertzen da.
Aktoes edo Jety I.ak kendu zuen tronutik, nork estatu kolpe bat jo zuen, eta bere burua faraoi bezala aldarrikatu zuen Henen Nesut edo Herakleopolis Magna hirian, hasiera batean, bere autoritatea, soilik inguruko eskualdeetan onartu zen arren, honela, Egiptoko IX. dinastia abiaraziz.
