Neferkauhor, Egiptoko VIII. dinastiako faraoi bat izan zen, K.a. 2165 inguruan gobernatu zuena, Egiptoko lehen tarteko aroan.
Ordena Zaharra hondoratu ondoren, Egiptoko VI. dinastiaren amaieran, Goi Egiptoko nomoetako gobernariek, euren lurraldeen gaineko nagusitasuna ezarri zuten.
Gobernari hau, zailtasun politiko edo ekonomikoko garai batean sortutako denbora baterako agintari kontseilu batetakoa izan liteke.
Bere izena, Abidoseko Errege Zerrendan eta Koptoseko dekretuan dago, eta Turineko Errege Kanonaren txataletan, bi urte eta hilabete bateko erregealdia agertzen da.
