Jubz-a, jobz-a, jbez-a edo jébez-a (arabieraz خبز عربي jubz ʿárabī, 'arabiar ogia' edo baita ere خبز البلدي jubz al-baladī, 'hemengo ogia' deitzen dena) edo euskaraz ogi arabiarra, arabiar sukaldaritzako ogi zapala da, batez ere Ekialde Hurbilekoa, hau da, Egiptokoa, Golkoko herrialdeak eta Sortaldekoa. Jubz ogia pita baino handiagoa da, zartagin batean egin daitekeena.
