Oxepina konposatu organiko ziklikoa da zazpi kate-begiz osatutakoa eta oxigeno bat eta hiru lotura bikoitz dituena[1]. Ez da konposatu aromatikoa eta eter enoliko ziklikotzat jo daiteke.

Oxepina oreka tautomerikoan dago bentzeno oxidoarekin. Oreka alde batera edo bestera desplazatuko da zikloan dauden ordezkatzaileen arabera[2].

Sintesia
