Madre Rosa Inés (León, 1914 - Diriamba, 1998) bere jaiotza-izena Piedad Medrano Matus izan zen, Nikaraguako poesia mistikoan aitzindaria, Jasokundeko Erlijiosoen Kongregaziokoa izan zen.
Piedad Medrano Matus Leónen jaio zen, 1914an. Antonio Medrano poetaren eta Inés Matus de Medrano andrearen alaba izan zen. Jasokundeko Ikastetxean ikasi zuen, eta, ondoren, Jasokundeko kongregazioan sartu zen. Erlijioso gisa, Rosa Ines izena hartu zuen. Poesia mistikoa idatzi zuen. Francisco Arellano Oviedoren arabera, erlijioso honen poemak "fede katolikoaren misterioetan inspiratuta daude, inspirazio iturri gisa Eskritura Santuak ditu eta bizipen gisa bere bizitza erlijiosoa".
