Sir Silas Atopare (Goroka, 1951 - ibidem, 2021eko irailaren 16a) papuagineaberriar politikaria izan zen. Papua Ginea Berriko gobernadore orokorra izan zen 1997tik 2003ra.
Atopare Zazpigarren Eguneko Eliza Adbentistako kidea zen. 1997an Papua Ginea Berriko gobernadore orokor aukeratu zuten eta 1998an San Migel eta San Jurgiren Ordena jaso zuen. Ordena berrezarri behar izan zuen indarkeriak South Highlanden, petrolio eta mineral ekoizleen, hauteskundeetan eragina izan zuenean. 2008an Logohu Ordenarer Maisu Handia izendatu zuten.
