Xavier Trias i Vidal de Llobatera (Bartzelona, 1946ko abuztuaren 5a) Convergència i Unió alderdiko politikaria da. Bartzelonako alkate izan zen 2011ko uztailaren 1etik 2015eko ekainaren 13ra arte. Frankismoaren ondorengo Bartzelonan, PSOEkoa ez zen lehendabiziko alkatea izan zen. Ezkonduta dago, lau seme-alaba ditu, eta bost biloba.
Aurretik diputatua izan da Gorteetan, Kataluniako Generalitatearen Osasun Sailburua eta Presidentzia Kontseilaria ere izan da. Bartzelonako Unibertsitatean burutu zituen medikuntza eta kirurgia ikasketak.
