ภาษาช่วยสื่อสารนานาชาติ

ภาษาช่วยสื่อสารนานาชาติ (อังกฤษ: international auxiliary language, IAL) อาจเรียกว่า auxlang หรือ interlanguage คือภาษาที่ช่วยในการสื่อสารระหว่างคนจากหลากหลายประเทศ ที่ไม่ได้ใช่ภาษาแม่ร่วมกัน โดยมีหลายภาษาที่ถือว่าเข้าข่าย ในอดีตเช่น ภาษากรีก ภาษาละติน และในปัจจุบันเช่น ภาษาจีนมาตรฐาน ภาษาฝรั่งเศส ภาษารัสเซีย ภาษาสเปน ภาษาอังกฤษ ภาษาอาหรับ เป็นต้น[1] แต่เนื่องจากภาษาเหล่านี้เกี่ยวข้องกับการเอาชนะทางวัฒนธรรม การเมือง และเศรษฐกิจของประเทศเจ้าของภาษา บางคนจึงต้องการให้มีภาษาประดิษฐ์ที่สร้างขึ้นมาเป็นพิเศษเป็นทางออกของปัญหานี้[1] โดยภาษาประดิษฐ์ที่มักถูกกล่าวถึงคือ ภาษาเอสเปรันโต อินเตร์ลิงกวา และภาษาอิดอ
