สมาคมเฟเบียน (อังกฤษ: Fabian Society) เป็นองค์การสังคมนิยมบริติชโดยมีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อผลักดันหลังสังคมนิยมผ่านวิธีค่อยเป็นค่อยไปและปฏิรูป^[1]^[2] สมาคมนี้วางรากฐานจำนวนมากของพรรคแรงงานและต่อมามีผลต่อนโยบายของรัฐตั้งแต่การให้เอกราชของจักรวรรดิบริติช ที่เด่นที่สุดคือ อินเดียและสิงคโปร์

ทีแรกสมาคมเฟเบียนมุ่งมั่นสถาปนาเศรษฐกิจสังคมนิยม ร่วมกับมุ่งมั่นต่อจักรวรรดินิยมบริติชโดยเป็นกำลังก้าวหน้าและทำให้ทันสมัย^[3]

ปัจจุบัน สมาคมนี้ทำหน้าที่เป็นธิงก์แท็งก์ (think tank) และเป็นหนึ่งในสิบห้าสมาคมสังคมนิยมซึ่งเข้าร่วมกับพรรคแรงงาน มีสมาคมคล้ายกันในประเทศออสเตรเลีย แคนาดา ซิซิลี และประเทศนิวซีแลนด์
