Joachim Winkelhock (lahir 24 Oktober 1960) adalah seorang pembalap mobil professional asal Jerman. Ia merupakan adik dari Manfred Winkelhock. Winkelhock lahir di Waiblingen, dekat Stuttgart. Ia merupakan paman dari Markus Winkelhock.
Ia sempat turun di ajang Formula 1 pada tahun 1989, tetapi ia gagal lolos kualifikasi hingga akhirnya ia keluar dari F1 saat musim memasuki balapan kelima musim. Ia pensiun dari kegiatan membalap pada tahun 2003.[1]
