Maip adalah sebuah genus dinosaurus theropoda megaraptoridae yang berasal dari lapisan batuan Periode Kapur Akhir (Maastrichtium) di Formasi Chorrillo, Santa Cruz, Argentina. Genus ini hanya mencakup satu spesies, yaitu M. macrothorax, yang diketahui dari sebuah kerangka terdisartikulasi yang tak lengkap. Maip dapat mewakili theropoda megaraptorid terbesar dari Amerika Selatan, dan kemungkinan juga di seluruh dunia.[1]
Hewan ini diperkirakan memiliki panjang 9–10 meter (30–33 ft). Oleh karena itu, genus ini dapat menjadi megaraptorid terbesar yang pernah diketahui, Anggota dari Megaraptoridae secara umum mengembangkan ukuran tubuh yang lebih besar setelah kepunahan carchardontosauridae di Belahan Bumi selatan pada awal Kapur Akhir.[2]
