Matza edo matzo[1] (hebreeraz: מַצָּה, maṣṣā, pluralez: matzot edo ask. matzos) gastronomia juduan tipikoa den ogi airis zapala da, irinez eta urez egina. Ogi hau Pessah jaiko funtsezko janaria da. Jainkoak israeldarrei agindu zizkien arauen artean, Agindutako Lurraldea zutenean, legamiarik gabeko ogien festa ospatzea zegoen. Pessaheko zazpi egunetan zehar, nisan hilabetearen 15 eta 21 artean, jaten dute.
