Lo mafa es una lenga chadica de la familha afroasiatica parlada en Cameron.
Localisacion
Lo mafa es parlat dins lo departament de Mayo-Tsanaga, qu'es restacat a la region de l'Extrèm-Nòrd de Cameron[1]. La lenga es tamben parlada en Nigèria dins la zòna de govèrn local de Gwoza, que se tròba dins l'estat de Borno[2].
Classificacion
Lo mafa es una lenga chadica classada per Gravina (2014) dins la branca sud del biu-mandara, ont fa partida del grop mafa[3].
